President and Chief Executive Officer
Melissa Lockwood came to PMH as the Controller in October 1995. In 1998, she became the Chief Financial Officer, serving in that capacity for 11 years. Since March 2009, she has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer. Lockwood received her Bachelor of Science degree from WVU in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant and previously worked in public accounting with local firms in Huntington and Clarksburg.
Robert W. Milvet, Jr.
Chief Financial Officer
Bob Milvet came to PMH as the Chief Financial Officer in July 2009. Milvet received his Bachelor of Science degree from WVU in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant with experience in healthcare consulting and healthcare administration. Milvet previously served as the Vice President of Finance at WVU Hospitals-East and Chief Financial Officer for WVU Medical Corporation.
Vice President of Clinical Operations
Jennifer Nestor joined PMH as the Vice President of Clinical Operations in August 2009. She is the senior executive for all operational and management activities for the following areas: patient care services, nursing, professional and support services, and ambulatory services. Nestor received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Charleston, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She has an extensive background in clinical administration and currently serves as the President of the WV Public Health Association.
Chief Nursing Officer
Terrie Roth became the Chief Nursing Office in February 2010. Roth received her Associate's Degree in Nursing from Allegany College of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Management through Franklin University of Columbus, Ohio. Roth also holds a Masters in Business Administration through Franklin University of Columbus, Ohio. She has an extensive critical nursing care background.
Director of Human Resources
Michele Batiste joined PMH as Director of Human Resources in October 2005. Batiste received her Bachelor of Arts from WVU in 1990; a Master of Science in Employee/Labor Relations in 1999 from Marshall University, and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certificate in 2001. She has worked in Human Resources since 1999, with the majority of that experience in healthcare. She has served on the Board of Directors for the West Virginia Healthcare Human Resources Association since 2008, and currently serves as Secretary for the Executive Committee. She is also a national and local chapter member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
Director of Quality Improvement
Linda Flemmer came to PMH as the Director of Quality Improvement Services in January 2011. She oversees quality improvement, risk management, corporate compliance and medical staff credentialing. She received her Associates Degree Cum Laude in 1981 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with minors in chemistry and biology from the University of Florida in 1985. In addition to her extensive background in these areas, she also has a strong clinical background in adult medical surgical nursing and rehabilitation, pediatrics, neonatal intensive care, and vascular access. She is a long-time member of the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management.
