West Preston Women's Health Clinic is delighted to be expanding its practice and welcomes Bjarni L. Thomas, CNM; MS. Bjarni will be seeing new patients starting August 24, 2009 at the Reedsville clinic. Bjarni became a registered nurse in 1997, and then for 10 years she worked as an obstetrics nurse before becoming a Certified Nurse Midwife at Philadelphia University.
As a certified Nurse Midwife she will be offering women’s health care services including prenatal and postpartum care, attending births, family planning and primary gynecological care. Bjarni and her family are moving to Preston County from New Sharon in Maine and are excited to become part of the community and raise their family here.
