Preston Memorial Hospital and Fellowsville Ruritan Club are again Co-sponsoring the Fellowsville Health Fair which is to be held on October 11, 2008 from 8:00 a.m. through 11:00 a.m. at the Fellowsville Elementary School.
Pre-Registration will start on Monday September 22nd through Tuesday October 7th, from, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 pm. Please call 304 329 2830.
Multiple Blood Screening $30.00
(A 12 hour fast is required prior to having blood drawn)
PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen) $21.00
Multiphasic Screen and PSA $51.00
(A 12 hour fast is required to having blood drawn)
