 The Finance Department is responsible for managing and coordinating the financial functions of the Hospital. It provides financial reporting services and fiscal guidance and solutions on accounting and budgeting issues to other departments. Specifically, the department is responsible for annual budgets, financial reporting, forecasting, financial audits, cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, collection, general ledger, payroll, purchasing system, fixed asset list maintenance, revenue monitoring and other functions. |
