The Preston Memorial Hospital Foundation was created in 1994, as a nonprofit organization. Our mission is to raise, receive, and accept funds for facility improvements,equipment, technology, and expansion of services at Preston Memorial Hospital.
Preston Memorial Hospital is a state licensed, nonprofit, 25-bed critical access, acute care facility located in Kingwood, WV. Preston Memorial Hospital is a nonprofit and the only community hospital in Preston County. Our hospital has been providing excellent rural healthcare to our community for more than half a century. Annually, we have 55,000 outpatient visits and 1,000 inpatient admissions.

MISSION STATEMENT
Raise, receive, and accept funds for facility improvements, equipment, technology, and expansion of services.
VISION STATEMENT
- Provide a coordinated program of fund development and continue philanthropic support for the Hospital.
- Assist the Hospital in obtaining grants from other foundations.
- Promote community awareness of and support for the Hospital.
- Assist the Hospital in identifying community expectations and needs for health care services in the Hospital’s service area.
