Healthy Holidays program

Preston Memorial Hospital has partnered with the Preston County Health Department to sponsor a Healthy Holidays Program.

Starting the week before Thanksgiving and continuing through the first of the new year, participants sign up to weekly weigh ins, receive packets on healthy eating, recipes, tips for maintaining your weight and exercise during the Holiday season.

At the end of the program we have a celebration party for all those who participated. In Preston County there are about 20 different businesses and organizations that participate as weigh in stations, so you are sure to find one close to where you live.
