Melissa Lockwood
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mrs. Lockwood came to Preston Memorial Hospital in October 1995, as a Controller. She became Chief Financial Officer in 1998, serving in that capacity for 11 years. In March 2009, she became the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Hospital. Mrs. Lockwood received her Bachelor of Science in 1990 from WVU in Business Administration, emphasis in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant and previously worked in public accounting with local firms in Huntington and Clarksburg.
Robert W. Milvet, Jr.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Milvet came to Preston Memorial Hospital in July 2009, as the Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for managing and coordinating the financial operations at the hospital. Mr. Milvet has a wealth of experience as a CPA in public accounting and in the healthcare industry. His past experiences range from being a health care consultant, Vice President of Finance at WVU Hospitals-East and Chief Financial Officer for WVU Medical Corporation. Mr. Milvet is a graduate of WVU with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, emphasis in Accounting, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Jennifer Nestor
Vice President of Clinical Operations
Mrs. Nestor. RN, BSN, joined PMH as the Vice President of Clinical Operations in August 2009. She is the senior executive for all operational and management activities for the following areas: patient care services, nursing, professional and support services, and ambulatory services. She has an extensive background in clinical administration and currently serves as the President of the WV Public Health Association. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Charleston, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
Terrie Roth
Chief Nursing Officer
Mrs. Roth, RN, BS, MBA, became the Chief Nursing Office in February 2010. Mrs. Roth has an extensive critical nursing care background. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Allegany College of Maryland. She also earned a bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, as well as a Masters in Business Administration through Franklin University of Columbus, Ohio.
Michele Batiste
Director of Human Resources
Mrs. Batiste joined PMH as Director of Human Resources in October 2005. Mrs. Batiste received her Bachelor of Arts from WVU in 1990 and her Master of Science in Employee/Labor Relations in 1999 from Marshall University and her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certificate in 2001. She has worked in Human Resources since 1999, with the majority of that experience in healthcare. She has served on the Board of Directors for the West Virginia Healthcare Human Resources Association since 2008, and currently serves as Secretary for the Executive Committee. She is also a national and local chapter member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
Linda Flemmer
Director of Quality Improvement
Mrs. Flemmer, RN, BSN, came to PMH in January 2011, as the Director of Quality Improvement Services. She oversees quality improvement, risk management, corporate compliance and medical staff credentialing. In addition to her extensive background in these areas, she also has a strong clinical background in adult medical surgical nursing and rehabilitation, pediatrics, neonatal intensive care, and vascular access. She received her Associates Degree Cum Laude in 1981 and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with minors in chemistry and biology from the University of Florida in 1985.She is a long-time member of the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management.
