Massage Therapy
We incorporate massage as part of our patients treatment plan when medically appropriate. Massage performed in a clinical setting is specific to the Doctors' diagnosis and treatment area.
Some of the reasons we use massage include: post surgery, scar massage, muscle issues, headaches, migraines and swelling. Massage also helps lower blood pressure and increases circulation.
Patients who receive massage along with their Physical Therapy often report a decrease in their level of pain or discomfort and look forward to their next appointment.
