Preston Memorial Hospital is governed by a nine member, voluntary Board of Directors, which represents a broad spectrum of professional, business, and community leaders. The board members, whose only remuneration is in knowing that they have provided a service to the community, are dedicated to providing their leadership expertise to the hospital administration. The Board of Directors members provide direction and counsel on management, administrative planning, and development. Board meetings are held monthly.
