Women's Health Center

Women’s Health Center will become Women's Health Care of Morgantown on May 1, 2011. The practice will still be located at 428 Morgantown Street, Suite 2, Kingwood. Women’s Health Care of Morgantown is an affiliate of Preston Memorial Hospital.

If you are a current WHC patient, you do not need to do anything to have your records transferred to the new practice. If you would like to change providers, please contact WHC at (304) 441-2010 to request a medical records transfer.
