Position Title: Laboratory Assistant I

Department:Clinical Laboratory
Position Description: Performs technical and clerical duties pertaining primarily to phlebotomy, EKG/Holter Monitor procedures, and assisting the staff in providing accurate and timely data for the purpose of disease diagnosis, and/or management through accepted laboratory practices.
Status/Schedule:
Status:Full Time
Shift Time Schedule:10:30A - 7:00P
Days:Monday - Friday with occasional weekends.

    Qualifications:
    Education:A High School Graduate or equivalent is required. Specific training in venipunctures, EKG/Holter Monitor testing, and laboratory testing is preferred.
    Experience:Previous experience in phlebotomy and EKG technology is preferred.
