Bob Milvet - CFO Preston Memorial Hospital, Board Treasurer
Mr. Milvet came to Preston Memorial Hospital in July 2009 and is responsible for managing and coordinating the financial operations at the Hospital. Mr Milvet has a wealth of experience as a CPA in the public accounting and Healthcare industry. His past experiences range from being a health care Consultant, Vice President of Finance at WVU Hospitals-East and Chief Financial Officer for WVU Medical Corporation. Mr. Milvet is a graduate from WVU in Morgantown and is a Certified Public Accountant.

David Bolyard
David is a native Prestonian, having been born and raised in Newburg, WV. He graduated from Preston High School in 1993, attended Fairmont State College and graduated from Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science in January 1998 where he was class President of the Morturary School.  

He worked for Taylor Funeral Home in Newburg, Davis Funeral Home in Clarksburg and Bartlett Chapel in Grafton. He moved to Nashville Tennessee where he was a manager for First Tennessee Bank  for 2 years and then went to work for Bank of America where he held several roles and was last in Alexandria, VA as a Premier Client Manager.  

David is the owner and director of Bolyard Funeral Homes in Newburg. He is also the owner and manager of Mountain Funeral Group. Community activity includes volunteering with several organizations.  He is currently a member of the Newburg Rotary, President of the Preston County Commission Building Committee,  President of the Newburg Volunteer Fire Department, Member of the Preston County EDA, Selection Committee Member for United Way of Mon and Preston Counties and member of Generation Morgantown.  His goal is to make a difference in the world and part of that is his 4-H motto of "To Make the Best Better".

Cheri Wooten - - Board Chairperson
Cheri Wooten is a native Prestonian, having been born and raised in Kingwood, WV.  After graduating from Central Preston High School in 1980, she moved to Bruceton Mills, WV, married, and started her family.  She has two sons, Miles Clark of Morgantown, WV and Matthew Clark of Cincinnati, OH, both born at Preston Memorial Hospital in the new Birthing Center in the early 80s. 

Throughout her career Cheri has worked extensively and exclusively in Northern West Virginia.  She has worked as: a teller at the Albright National Bank in Kingwood; an Administrative Assistant for CONSOL Energy in Morgantown; a legal secretary for the Jackson & Kelly law firm in Morgantown; Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of the West Virginia School of Medicine in Morgantown; Document Control Officer for Heery International in Hazelton and at present as Assistant Branch Manager of Centra Bank’s Cheat Lake Branch in Morgantown.  From 1998 until 2007 she was also co-owner of Bruceton Mills Grocery in Bruceton Mills.

She has been a National Red Cross Volunteer for 31 years, and is very active in her church, The Little Sandy Church of the Nazerine, in Bruceton Mills.

Cheri’s knowledge of Northern West Virginia, and more particularly Preston County, and its citizens led her to accept an appointment to the Preston Memorial Hospital Foundation Board.  In accepting this appointment Cheri said that she felt that she could be of assistance to the Foundation in giving directional guidance to the Board, while at the same time working for the betterment of the hospital, thereby; benefiting all who live and work in Preston County.

Kathy McNeill -
Kathy is the owner of Valley Pharmacy, Reedsville, WV.Her Husband is David McNeill and is the owner and Dentist at his clinic in Reedsville.They have one daughter, Jolinda McNeill, who is a chemistry major at Bucknell University, in Lewisburg, PA.

Kathy is Vice-President of Preston Memorial Hospital Board, and on the Board of Education in Preston County. Kathy states, “I had my daughter at the Birthing Center at Preston Memorial. It was a wonderful experience and I am committed to our hospital."

Richard Cornwell -
Richard is the owner of Preston Paper, a company that supplies wholesale paper and Janitor supplies. He has been married to his wife, Linda for 28 years. His hobbies include Motorcycle riding and Ham Radio.
Richard is the President of Newburg, WV Rotary Club. A Member of Noble Grand I.O.O.F Lodge, Newburg WV. He is Preston County Emergency Coordinator for Amateur Radio Emergency Services. A Member of American Radio Relay League. A Member of Gideons International. He is also Executive Chairman of Bethlehem United Methodist Church in Reedsville, WV.

Richard likes being on the hospital foundation board as he has a desire to serve and make better his community and hospital. He wants to help give the people of Preston County something to be proud of.

Larry Williams -
Larry Williams is a Preston County Native. He has been married to his wife Doris, for 43 years, and they have 2 daughters, Angie and Kim, and 2 grandchildren. Larry is the owner of WV Service Center in Tunnelton. He is a long standing businessman and a produce farmer. Larry has been on the Preston County Board of Education since 1992: He also has served the 45th District as a member of the WV House of Delegates since 1992, the Tunnelton Volunteer Ambulance Service for 20 years, the Preston Memorial Hospital Board since 2002 and joined the Hospital Foundation board in 2006.

Larry looks forward to assisting the hospital in its endeavors to provide quality service and exceptional healthcare for the citizens of Preston County.

Melissa Lockwood - CEO
Melissa began work at Preston Memorial Hospital as the Controller and became the CFO of the Hospital and its related organizations in January 1998. In March of 2009 Melissa was appointed the President and CEO of Preston Memorial Hospital. Melissa earned her accounting degree from West Virginia University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

As the Chief Executive Officer of the Preston Healthcare Corporation and its related entities, of which the Foundation is included, Melissa sees the need for the fundraising efforts provided by the Foundation to help support the Hospital’s mission of providing all patients state of the art, accessible and cost effective healthcare. As a rural hospital, Preston Memorial faces unique challenges in meeting this mission. One of those most difficult hurdles to overcome is the cost of the latest technologies to treat patients. The Foundation through its mission is able to help the Hospital meet this challenge.

Through the Foundation fundraising efforts and continued community support of those activities the patients of Preston Memorial Hospital will continue to receive top notch quality healthcare, convenient to home, and using the best technology possible.

Lynne Kilkinney
Lynne is manager of 2 BB&T Branches in Preston County. She is from Preston County and used to work in the Laboratory at Preston Memorial Hospital years ago. She is excited to be able to help the hospital, and feels close ties to it with having grown up using the hospital, and her parents using it often.

Clint McCabe
Clint is the Vice-Presdient of Marketing for Clear Mountain Bank in Bruceton Mills. He graduated from West Virginia University with cum laude distinction with a degree in advertising. He is also a graduate of the American Banker’s Association School of Bank Marketing and Management, and is designated as a Certified Financial Marketing Professional by the Institute of Certified Bankers.

Prior to joining Clear Mountain Bank, Clint worked extensively in advertising sales and management in the radio and newspaper industries. He is active with various community organizations and has served on the Citizen’s Review Committee for the United Way of Monongalia and Preston Counties. Clint resides in Morgantown with his wife, Melissa, and their daughter.

Pamela Jenkins
Pam is a Business woman from Preston County, having lived here all her life. She and her husband own Microtel Inn and Suites in Hazelton, she is in partnership with 3 others with Street's Apts in Morgantown, Her husband owns Aqua-Fix Systems Inc, and together they own some billboards and land in Preston County.

Pam used to help volunteer and raise money at the hospital back in the 1970's and was on the birthing center board when the center opened back in 1982. She is excited to be back helping again and has a vision to see Preston County grow and wants to see the Hospital continue to be part of that vision in the future.

Nick Taylor
Nick is the Banking Center Manager of WesBanco in Preston County, overseeing 3 banking centers. He graduated from WVU with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Majoring in Organizational Leadership. Prior to working at Wes Banco, Nick worked for United Bank for 2 years as a Branch manager.

Nick was born and raised in Preston County, and he continues to reside in Manown with his wife Melissa. Nick is also a member of the Kingwood Rotary Club, a member of Grace Chapel Baptist Church in Kingwood, and was previously a tour guide at the Arthurdale Hertiage Inc
